UPS Module Rates Incorrect Under 20lbs.

When using the UPS module on ZC 1.50 I am getting some strange results.

Packages below 20# are calculating ground correctly, but not any second, third or one day rates. The UPS rates from the UPS webpage estimator are waaaay higher. i.e. 10# 3day - ZC = $57.76 and UPS = $91.21

Packages above 20# however, calculate every rate spot on with UPS. Not sure what's going on.

I've tried several different packages weights to several different zipcodes and the results are always the same. The UPS estimator at UPS always matches my cart over 20#, but is always higher for under 20# on everything other than ground.

What are your settings for the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

What are the settings that you see in Modules ... Shipping ... when you click on UPS in the right panel?

What is the weight that you are testing?

What is the Ship From address?

What are some examples of the Ship To addresses that you are testing?
