Sales Tax charged to all orders...

Sales Taxes are set up for PA and NY, all other areas are being charged PA sales taxes...any help with figuring out how to get sales tax not be charged to other states?

Got that fixed... Now have a different problem with the NY sales tax. NY has seperate taxes for state, county, and local tax. For example just had an order:


Sub-Total: $5.49

Table Rate (Best Way): $4.90

: $0.44

NY - Broome County: $0.44

Total: $45.46

i think its charging all of ny county taxes and adding together...??? Any help???
