Updated v1.5.0 to v1.5.1 Still Shows v1.5.0

The Zencart we have been using is v1.5.0

Recently upgraded using zen-cart-v1.5.1-full-fileset-09182012

Zencart Admin Home still says this New Version Available v1.5.1 :: New Release with performance improvements and bugfixes

Zencart Admin Home Tools>Server/Version Info says this:
Zen Cart 1.5.0
Database Patch Level: 1.5.1
v1.5.1 [2012-09-21 10:37:20] (Version Update 1.5.0->1.5.1)

We have re-checked placement of downloaded 1.5.1 files into the Zencart 1.5.0 package, the config and admin>config and template files, but cannot find a problem.

Can you give us suggestions as to where to look for errors we have made that are causing the Zencart version number to stay 1.5.0?

Look at the /docs/changed-files-xxxx.html file and make sure you've actually uploaded the new version of all of those files.

Rechecked files (again). One file had been missed.
Zen Cart is now showing that it is current.
