    Default Resetting Admin Activity Log

    Hi,

    I got this message
Warning WARNING: The Admin Activity Log table has records over 2 months old and should be cleaned ... 06-23-2012
when I logged in to Admin Page. There is a RESET button right under the warning and when I clicked the RESET button, it will go to ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND.
and the URL is http:// iheartislamstore.com/my_admin_foldername/FILENAME_ADMIN_ACTIVITY.php

I tried to search this file - FILENAME_ADMIN_ACTIVITY.php but could not find it.

Then I went to Tools->Store Manager. And saw few options below. Which one is referring to resetting the admin activity log?

    1) Update All Products' Attribute Sort Orders
to match Option Value Default Sort Orders:

    2) Update ALL Products Price Sorter
to be able to sort by displayed prices:

    3) Update Hit Counter
    to to a new value:

    4) Reset ALL Products Viewed
Reset Product Viewed Counts to 0:

    5) Reset ALL Products Ordered
Reset Product Ordered Counts to 0:

    6) Reset ALL Products Master Categories ID
to be used for Linked Products and Pricing:

    7)
    Set next order number
NOTE: You cannot set the order number to a value lower than any existing order already in the database.

    8) Optimize Database to remove wasted space from deleted records.
May be optionally run monthly or weekly on a busy database.
(Best to run during non-busy times.)

    9) Cleanup Debug Log Files
CAUTION: Zen Cart records PHP error messages for debugging purposes, and many payment modules can be set to log debug data to diagnose communication problems.
Clicking this purge option will *permanently* remove *ALL* debug logs associated with PHP errors and payment modules from the /cache/ folder.

    Many thanks.
    Aida

Your /includes/filenames.php file is old or outdated, or you replaced it with an old version when installing an addon designed for an older version of Zen Cart.
You need to put back the content that's missing from it.

Where I can get this file? I've run a search for this file in my hard disk and couldn't find any files with that name.

Is it possible to delete the log manually from the table using phpMyAdmin?

    Thanks...

If you look in the Zen Cart distribution zip-file (the one you used when you installed your store), you'll find the file to which DrByte refers (/includes/filenames.php). You might want to use a file-comparison tool like WinMerge to see what's different between the one you're currently using and the distribution version. Alternately, I'd rename the current /includes/filenames.php to /includes/filenames.php-old and then copy the distribution version into your shop.
