Nav bar - How can i delete a heading in my Nav bar (v1.5.0)

HI,

I can't find the script or controller to alter my Navigation bar with this template I have installed. The nav bar has too many headings and I need to know how to add/disable them for future reference as well.

I mean the Menu bar - sorry. I need to change the menu bar and e-z pages is not enabled or got anything in it on this template. Bit stuck. Thanks.

I have achieved it by modifying the tpl_header.php file. I just deleted the code containing the headings i dont want. Hope this is okay.
