Well i put that TEXT into the blank error and that did it now its working. what a mess over a 4 letter work amazing. and i bet it was one of the easy populate versions we have had many of them

What do have set in your config files (both of them) for 'SQL_CACHE_METHOD' ?

Try setting it to:
define('SQL_CACHE_METHOD', 'none');

the one was set to none and the other was set to database so i changed them both to none

but now heres a new one

well what is weird is this was working and now it wont make a file anymore.
