Mastercard not accepted

I am havign a customer who is trying to use a mastercard for payment, but is being told shes trying to use a payment that we don't accept. Any ideas?

Two possibilities:
1. You've configured your store to reject MasterCard. Turn it on via Admin->Configuration->Credit Cards.
2. Your payment gateway doesn't accept MasterCard. In that case, talk to your payment gateway.

So, if "1" is already set, then "2" is where your problem is. And the only place you can fix your payment gateway's choice to reject MasterCard is by contacting your payment gateway provider and get them to fix whatever needs fixing in your account.
