Adding new product fails.

I upgraded from 1.3.9a to 1.5.1 and finally got everything working right I thought. One of my suppliers just came out with some new items and decided to add them to the site. I went through the normal procedure for adding as on the old version, it looked the same, added the info for the new item (w/ price, description, image, etc...) and all looked good, clicked on Preview and was directed to the Admin Home page with no error of any kind displayed. It kind of shocked me, so went through again, slower, paying close attention to dotting i's and crossing t's, clicked Preview and same result. The only addon I have is XML. Thanks so much for any help!

Have you looked for error logs?

I couldn't find anything in the logs, ran a few more tests and it would go without an image, and now it's working with images too. Gremlins? Go figure...
