Hi, Can someone tell me if these known bug fixes have been incorporated in the latest 1.5.1 downloadable package?

No, the download is never changed without updating the version number in some way. If you want the benefit of these bugfixes you will need to apply them yourself. Most if not all of them so far only apply in uncommon circumstances and will be irrelevant to many users.
