[Not a bug] complete crash of site: table is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Hi,
My online store has crashed.
When trying to view the adress or the login(admin) section I get this error:

145 Table './topgunap_zc1/zen_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
in:
[select value from zen_sessions where sesskey = 'dacfed50abedb9213f17ca0b202f619e' and expiry > '1351837713']

shop.topgunappliances.com.au

Version: I believe is 1.3(?), with no upgrades or addons

any suggestions would be appreciated.

Use your hosting account manager
If cpanel - select mysql databases and then select repair database
