multiple colour choice for products

I am looking for a e commerce solution that will do full fill two criteria.
1st,
it must allow initial product selection based on a choice of size and then allow the buyer to select a colour choice.The colour choice must link to a swatch colour that I can embed as a image as i would the product image .
2nd
must have good back office order tracking and fulfilment details

Is this possible with the zen soloution?

Rod, thank you for your reply, would you know of a website you could point me to as a example of the multile product choices using colours?
I have wasted hours setting up two different wp plug in ecommerce plugins only to find the multiple choice is only possible via text but not via a visual colour swatch.

If you install Zen Cart with the demo products, the product Test Examples :: Test 1 (?main_page=product_info&cPath=23&products_id=48) has 3 colors to choose from with color "swatches". You could use this as a model for what you're trying to do ...
