facebook all [support thread]

Hi! I've uploaded all the files and completed the admin edits. I can see the layout boxes options but when I navigate to the Facebook All menu in the admin all my files are apparently missing? Now I know that's not true because they're there on my server. I've checked the paths a dozen times!
anybody else have anything like this happening?

Hi, I have installed the Facebook All plugin, and it shows up correctly in admin both in the modules list and in the boxes. I have activated the "like" option and completed the details as requested by the module, and set up the box. The box shows up on the site, but it is empty. I am running Zencart version v1.5.1.

Can you help me fix why the box shows up empty?

Problems with the module that lets people make FaceBook comments.
When I make comment it displays this:

[Face Book UserName] · [Top Commenter] · [Mt. SAC]
[Comment that I wrote is this]

Mt.SAC - "Is the college I have set in my facebook account under Schools Section.
I do not know why it is displaying my College and a Link that directs to the Mt.SAC facebook page.

Go to FTP>>includes/templates/your_template/sideboxes/tpl_fball_like.php
open it and serch for below code
<div class="fb-like" data-href="'.$pageurl.'" data-send="'.$send.'" data-width="'.$width.'" data-show-faces="'.$faces.'"></div>

replace it with

<div class="fb-like" data-href="'.$pageurl.'" data-send="'.$send.'" data-width="'.$width.'" data-show-faces="'.$faces.'" data-layout="button_count"></div>

Installed the addon succesfully, but the size of the sidebox is to big. I tried te above solution without any result. Can anybody help?

Getting loads (100s) of spam emails from my store with the subject line "Welcome to {store-name}". Changed the define on line 6 of fballlogin.php and the spam started coming through with the new subject line. Is there some way of disabling the email function? I only use it for the Facebook sidebox.

I have this plugin installed an working OK in Chrome but not in Microsoft Edge which came with Windows 10. I believe it was working before upgrading to windows 10 browser.

Now it is not working in Chrome either, so I guess it is not a browser problem. The problem seems to be intermittent. ?????????
