Review Success Image featuring bad code?

Hello Everyone,

If someone could help, that would be great!

When someone writes a review, and submits it, they are taken to the reviews page where they can view the product reviews.

The product image on this page comes with the following code on the image?

[ProductCode]"> Larger Image

Is this broken code? I have looked for the missing elements but can not seem to fix it.

Any help would be fantastic, many thanks.

I found the problem.

For anyone who has this problem in the future.

includes/modules/pages/product_reviews/header_php.php

Delete the span code (around line 43) to get rid of the model code in image, and the following (next to it) **ONLY** if you wish to remove the product code from the title aswell: $review->fields['products_model']
