Categories in the Header and a drop down menu

Hi, I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Is anyone aware of a mod/add-on or a thread that allows for the creation of drop-down menu for the Categories in the Header to show the sub-categories within that Parent Category link in the header?

Or of a mega-menu system that can can be applied for the header category links might be better? Don't care if it is dynamically created or hard coded. I have played with Categories Dressing and will be using titles above some categories, so it would be nice to have these titles in the drop down too, but not essential

Anyway, I am just playing about atm on my WAMP and wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction.
