Blank page with express check out

New Install
Installed through Host Monster

New here guys. Used Zen Cart way back when but we're getting back to it. I've set up Express Checkout. The problem i'm having is when going through the ordering process, when I get to the "Confirm The Order" button nothing happens. I click on the button, and the status says "Waiting on Paypal" then goes blank, and I can't check out. This is in Chrome. When I try in Firefox, it goes to a white/blank page. I've had a customer test in both Chrome and Firefox and he has found the same problem. I've searched the forums for the last 3-4 hours but haven't found a solution to my problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. If i'm missing something that is helpful, let me know and i'll try to get the answer!

Steve thanks for your reply. Where is this folder located so I can find it. I changed the debug mode to log and email. I placed an order on the site and it went through this morning but I got approx. 10 emails with logs. I tried again to place and order and received the same problem as my initial post. Just wanted to provide an update.

Dr. Byte. If you go to my website, and attempt to order any product you will see that once you get to the "Confirm the order" button. Nothing happens. Have you ever ran into this situation before?

Heard of it. Never been able to duplicate it. I think it was always a result of damaged files or something.

After further testing of the site, here is what I ran in to...

Internet Explore: When I click on confirm the order, it attempts to load paypal but goes to a screen that says "The content cannot be displayed in a frame." What you can try: Open this content in a new window (link).


Cllicking on the link opens a new paypal window which works properly.

Google Chrome: When I click on confirm the order, it says "waiting on paypal" in the status window then stalls. Nothing happens, no known way to force the sale.

Firefox: When I click on confirm the order, it goes to a solid white page and never loads paypal. Now this is on 2 of my 3 computers. One computer does load paypal.
