Is it possible to separate option name by type?

Hi,
I have been reading this forum and have found great help from it. I greatly appreciate the assistance that are provided here. I'm new to zen cart and would like to know if there is a way to separate "option names" for one product. What I mean is I would like to separate, in my case, rice in one box and than chicken in another group and so on and so forth. I need to use option name because option value does not have text box option. I have pasted the link to my site below.

Also, can someone please guide me on how I can fix the position of the check box, its not consistence, I wish it was directly next to the option name.

Flexible Attributes in Plugins will let you handle each attribute individually. It will not make actual groups, but you can apply styling as required to distinguish items in a group and arrange them.
