option Value Manager problem i can`t set to appear and i receive error mesage

This is the message what i received every time when i try to add some values to my product Please help me some way ...i have a tailoring site and i need to add 10 value (text) for my customers to let them fill whit they measurments the 10 value boxes .But...I can`t add them

1. You haven't answered any of the questions from the "Posting Tips" that showed when you wrote your post ... such as your Zen Cart version, your addons, etc. That's important information.

2. Without more information from you, I'm guessing that perhaps this is what you're seeking: http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...25#post1154025 ... but only if you're using v1.5.1 of Zen Cart.

i am on v1.5.0 i don`t have addons .... i just modifie the banners and thats it i put 3 product categori and 1 product in...and try to set atribute but i can`t http://stilmasculin.com/Shop/index.php?main_page= take a look maybe you understand more

Could you go to phpMyAdmin in your Control Panel for your site and browse the table:
products_options_values

and see if you have a record for:
products_options_values_name

that is set to TEXT

How many records do you have in that table?

just 2, and 1 of them are text

On the record where the products_options_values_name
is set to TEXT

what are the values for each field?


If you browse the table:
products_options_types

What records do you see?

for the first value(the text one) products_options_values_id =0 language_id =1 products_options_values_name =text products_options_values_sort_order =0

the second one products_options_values_id=1 language_id =1 products_options_values_name = it`s empty products_options_values_sort_order =0

On the first one is doe products_options_values_name read text or TEXT ... make sure it reads TEXT

If you browse the table:
products_attributes

how many records are in there ... and if you have some, what do they read?

and in the product_attributes i find 2 records:

first one:
products_attributes_id =1 products_id =1 options_id =0 options_values_id =0 options_values_price= 0.0000 price_prefix =+ products_options_sort_order =0


i need to write the whole options of the first entri or it`s enought?
