Can somebody tell me how the directories are structured ?how to customize shop?

I am a new zenner , I have just started my shop but encountered a lot of problems and I v got some question to ask

1. Can someboday tell me how the zen cart template file structured ?I bought a zen cart template from someone last week
2. I am now able to customize my shop partially by configuring in the admin panel , but when it comes to the css issue, I don't know where to start as I don't know how to find the corresponding css file within the zen cart template files which really got me dizzy ....I did lknow the basis of the ccs stylesheet .but the problem is that I don't know how to find the corresponding css file and which tags that I need to modify ..

The Firefox browser with the web developer add on (or firebug add on) is a great tool for finding what's controlling what in the stylesheet and allows you to play with the stylesheet interactively (you have to save and upload your changes outside of Firefox).
