    Default Reset Password not coming through...

    Hi, sorry, I'm a newbie.

    I'm not 100% sure of my ZC version but it was recently upgraded.

    I'm trying to login using my existing details but it says the username and password don't match. So, I've given my email address in the Reset Password link but I've been waiting a day or so for a reset password link to come through but nothing's come in.

    It's not in the Junk folder and I need to amend something quickly (Christmas is coming!!!).

    Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

    I'm guessing that you're talking about your admin password. You can try following the instructions in this FAQ: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...28i-lost-it%29
