Login errors and webpage errors

We are not able to bring up the login page for Zencart, rather we receive the following code:
1016 Can't open file: 'zen_sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)
in:
[select value from zen_sessions where sesskey = 'a82dd5fb4e2296598519cbc09c60d047' and expiry > '1355393602']
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Also, when you bring up www.missyuk.co.uk the following code appears:

Help! This webpage is detrimental to our business and everything went down overnight. It's frustrating when you cannot even log into Zencart and am not entirely sure of the version because we cannot login.

You should contact your host and see if the problem is at their end.

Thank you for the recommendation. Stupid question: is it possible to not have a host? I am literally picking up the ball after 9 years of inactivity, so I'm trying to piece together who our actual host is, as no one knows. Any tips?

It's not possible to not have a host (if you include hosting on your local computer). Your site has to be available to the Internet somehow. If you have a non-free host, someone is paying for it somehow. Might be a place to start.

Your domain registar is netserve.co.uk. They also sell hosting, so try them first.
