it doesn't work after I renamed admin folder name

my version is 1.5.1, I did as the tutorial https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=33 said, I just changed the admin folder's name "admintest" to a new name which is "admin", when i type in browser http://localhost/admin the page shows:

Warning!
Warning: You cannot access the admin until you have

renamed the admin folder.

Then, to access your admin area, type the admin URL into your browser, ie: http://www.your_site.com/YourAdminFolder/

PS:this is my first installation of zencart,I never upgraded
