registration sidebox / Newsletter sign up

We are looking for a better way to handle newsletter sign up for guests that would create an account for them at the same time. Im thinking there is nothing out there so looking at a mini registration sidebox?


Has anyone heard of anything already made that would accomplish this?

Newsletter sign up on side box = new ZC profile at the same time. We will consider 3rd party newsletter integrations as well.

Haven't heard of anything like this before. So you would have a sidebox that allows someone to add their email address to get your newsletter, but you'd have to ask them for a password as well. I think that would be weird but is that what you want?

do a search in the plugin area for newsletter, and you will find a number of add ons
