I would like a GC I have issued to also cover the shipping costs when the customer uses it. I have set the "include shipping" attribute to true. It is still not including the shipping costs. Is there something else I'm missing here?

EDIT: I have figured out my mistake. I needed to adjust the discount coupon attribute, no the GC.

Checkout Issue with Discount Coupon
I have set up a discount coupon for a customer to use and he gets as far as the finalize checkout button and then gets the following error:
I understand this to be an error that relates to PayPal. If that is the case why is it happening when someone is trying to use a Discount Coupon?

Probably caused by rounding errors from percentage discounts mixed with percentage taxes etc.
The actual details of the transaction being rejected will be visible in your PayPal transaction debug logs, if you have that option turned on in your store.
