Help with Emails. Site emails not going through to my emails on Outlook 2012

Please assist, my email in [email protected]

My Website isnt letting emails go to my emails. Example, If someonw fills in their info at the "CONTACT US" page, it isnt going to my email

How can i fix this please? My Emails Provider is MWEB.CO.ZA

Have you set up a mailbox on the server for your email address?

Have you configured your email client (Outlook) to collect messages from that mailbox?

Have you tested the email system to see if you can send and receive emails from outlook?

Once you are sure that the EMAIL SETUP works (it sends and receives), then check your settings in zencart.

CONFIGURATION >>> EMAIL OPTIONS

First thing to do is to set the TRANSPORT method, and Mweb might want you to use SMTP (Auth). You need to SELECT this option, then at the bottom of the email management screen (in zencart), insert the various settings that Mweb has provided you for SMTP Auth.

Next, you need to configure ALL the remaining settings to meet your requirements. (They are different for each store owner).

If you register a new customer in your store, does the welcome email arrive in their email inbox?
