Having problems beginning installation

Hi there

am currently stuck accessing the installation page(http://www.carnabysofdundee.co.uk/zc.../configure.php)

Have uploaded all files downloaded via ftp, have changed the permissions for the folders to 777.

Am quite new to this so go easy one me haha

'stuck' with which step? All I see is a 404 but perhaps you're starting over again?

why are you trying to acces http: //www dot carnabysofdundee dot co dot uk/zc_install/configure.php and not just http: //www dot carnabysofdundee dot co dot uk/zc_install/ ??

Have tried that also but it's still not working just coming up with 404?

I'd guess the zc_install directory is missing. Once the files are uploaded, you should be able to just navigate to the root of the site and the installation page will appear.

zc install file is in the directory? When you upload using ftp do you upload it the htdocs folder?

Something's amuck with your website definition on the server, since even visiting your domain directly brings up a 404 error. It's like there's nothing there at all.

You'll need to sort that out with your hosting company first.
