After new install and import old database blank page in public but admin is fine

Hi

Just installed new version then updated the database to curent version. Admin logs fine but public site is only showing a blank nav bar and correct background colour with nothing else. All blank page. There are no error logs to check as they are empty of logs.

Can anyone please urgently suggest where to look
