New template need help to make colum Bigger (not looking like demo)

I just installed a 12leaves template and i know this is simple but not sure where to find it in zencart admin

1. https://store. xtremegunshootingcenter.com/ (remove space)
2. as you can see that the top rotating banner is small and under there are 3 boxes and the MONTH END CLEARANCE is under the other 2 boxes.. (http://demo.zen-cart-themes.com/inde...p?tpl=mobishop - this is there demo)

What do I do to make it look like the demo?

i just tried on a laptop beside me first time and still not showing right..
