"The connection has timed out" when trying to login to Admin

I just loaded Zen Cart via Dreamhost to www.bookstore.kellanpublishing.com
Apparently, the installation went fine.
I made the required changes after installing (to the best of my knowledge).
When I went to /admin (which is not my actual path of course) nothing happened. In searching, I added /admin/login.php and was able to at least call up the admin login screen.
I tried entering my info and got the following:

The connection has timed out

The server at www.bookstore.kellanpublishing.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

No matter how many times I try a reload, it won't work.
However, the main site does load.
I confirmed there is no extra ' in my config file (both of them).
No answer to any problem with the admin feature as worked for me.

There is nothing there. Or, at least, not that means anything to me.

If you have SSL set to 'true' try setting it to 'False'.

Does the problem go away?
