3 payment methods, only CC radio button missing

Came across this thread in my search for resolution on something similar. I am seeing radio buttons appear with internet explorer but not in chrome. Let me preface that I have the same exact template on another website and the radio buttons are working (http://pfcind.com/catalog), so I assume something in the code has changed. Problem is I can't find it. The radio buttons do not work on the registration page, payment page, etc... Nowhere on the site.

Please disregard, found the problem in css. I removed two instances of webkit-appearance: none; under input and that solved it for me.
