Pricing without doing math

Hello,
I am curious to see if there is a plugin or add on of some kind for pricing. Most of the items on my site have attributes set up by size, color, etc. A lot of the products have one price for smaller items and a higher price for larger items. As it stands now it doesn't matter if I use a drop down menu or radio buttons my pricing looks like this:

small item - $10.00
large item - +$5.00

I have found that a lot of folks are confused by this. They do not understand that the base price is $10 and you must add $5 for the larger item.
I am really just learning how to change things in ZenCart (I have always just used the template that came with it) and any information or help would be greatly appreciated.

You could PRICE BY ATTRIBUTES.

This means that the PRODUCT, when you add it via the product insert/edit screen, is given a ZERO VALUE for price (0.00).

And you click the radio button that says "priced by attributes".

Then, when you set pricing in the attribute option values, you put in the full price of that component.

Then you will see (in the dropdown), the ACTUAL, FULL PRICE of that component as defined by the attribute.

Great idea! I tried it however and it didn't work. Now it just looks like this and the customer still has to do the math.
Is there a way around this or will I have to list out each item separately?

In your sample1 example, what did you set as the price for each size? If you want them at $5.00 and $10.00, 1oz should be 5.00 and 2oz should be 10.00. You would also want to change the price prefixes from + to blank for better understanding.
