I recently upgraded to 1.5.1 (with the nudge of Ajeh and help of DrByte). Fresh PayPal module removed then reinstalled. "Express Checkout: Require Confirmed Address" set to yes. However, just got an order from an overseas unconfirmed address!
Before the upgrade, this blocked every single potential unconfirmed address order perfectly (even at the dismay of unconfirmed address having customers). Literally two days ago in fact. PayPal settings are also configured to block unconfirmed address payments.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Strange, I think the title was changed from PayPal Express Checkout: Require Confirmed Address "Yes" Not Working? to Has this happened to anyone else?
