Big Royal Mail - Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

Hi,

I've recently installed the Big Royal Mail module to a new site I'm setting up and every time I add two or more items to the cart, or an item over about 1kg, I get the 'Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.' message.

Can anyone suggest anything please?

I see that this question has not been answered yet, but I am having the same problem come up.

I have only three of the shipping methods installed. I have set up weights on my products. I have set up my customers address to be in the UK. I have adding products to my cart with the accumulated weights being within the shipping methods tares.

But still have this message coming up -"Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time."

I have also changed these setting in 'Configuration' > 'Shipping/Packaging' as I have read that this may effect the weight and alter pricing:

Package Tare Small to Med.... (0:0)
Larger packages - add..... (0:0)

I have also altered 'the Maximum Package Weight to Ship' to 90000, just to try an eliminate that.

So if anyone has any other options I could try please let me know.

Hi,

SORTED OUT !!!!!!

It always happens just after asking the questions... you end up working it out.

It turns out that the total cost of the items exceeded the 'Maximum Order Value'. My products in my cart was totalled to a value of £80, but my Max Order Value in the shipping modules was set to £60. So hence I got the message.

Hope this will help someone else too.
