Can no longer load more than 3 product photos...help please!!!

I was hoping you could help me. I've been loading multiple images for each product for months without any problems and then suddenly last week, I went to create a new product with 16 photos and using the same method, only 3 images will appear on our webpage. All 16 photos themselves are being successfully loaded into our cpanel zencartadmin/images folder but only the last three appear on the actual internet page.

Has anyone had this problem before? I haven't changed any settings or the method of loading the photos, so I'm not sure what to do.

They are all .jpg and have all been loaded onto www/zencart/images/ on our cpanel. It worked doing things this way previously but suddenly won't.

For one product that doesn't work...
What is the name of the main image?
What are the names of the other 15 images?
What are the names of the 3 that work?
Url address so that we can check that the images are there and are valid images?
How many images are in the one image directory?

What are your additional image display settings in your admin panel (various configuration settings may apply)?
