What's the raw HTML that these errors are referring to?
If you're going to post errors, please also post the corresponding source so that there is context. And/or the URL.

right-click the page, choose View Source, find the HTML it's referring to, and post that.
Or if it's an online validator that's giving you those errors, tell it to include source and paste the relevant lines of source HTML, plus maybe 10 lines before and 10 after.
And probably good to post the first 10 lines of the HTML source as well ... since this is probably caused by your template changing the doctype..
