I've been looking around at descriptions on various websites and it seems this effect is the most popular, Is there an easy way to "Copy" configure to get the same effect?
It makes it look very clean and tidy :)

Maybe it's just me, but there's nothing "clean and tidy" looking about that picture.

Lol Yea apart from the squiggly lines, The frame is very "neat and tidy"
So, is it a scrollbar you're looking for? Most people would say they hate having scrollbars in the middle of the page because it's difficult to scroll just that section when needed. Especially if you want mobile users to have a friendly experience.

Ahh never thought of that, Yea it would be a pain, Maybe i need to learn to format my descriptions neater for a better look, Some my descriptions look odd, They start off at the right hand side of the picture and depending on the length they continue on the left handside underneath the picture,,
PICTURE >>..............description.............
.........
.........<<
A bit like that if you could imagine a actual picture there :)
Maybe your tpl_product_info_display.php template file needs a simple <br class="clearBoth" /> in it above where it outputs the description, so that the description always starts under the image.
Without specifics of your actual URL, only guesses can be offered to you.
