What do you mean you cannot locate TEXT?

    The product_options_values_name is TEXT ...

    Sort on the field:
    products_options_values_id

and you should see 0 first with the product_options_values_name of TEXT ...

Nothing in this thread, or the one referenced above, say where to put those files. There are 2 of each of these files in the Admin Directory...(one in the root, and one deeper in)

If the "deeper in" files you're talking about are in the languages folder, then those would be language files, and thus the code in them wouldn't look anything like the code suggesting to be changed.

So then to be clear... You are saying to place them in the root of the Admin folder. Is that correct?

All MODs and patches I have installed overt the last 30 years have been clear about where to put the files as to avoid any problems. If it was really necessary to compare files to verify placement, that would be clearly stated too. Guess I have been spoiled.

I also do generally make any assumptions with regard to someone else's programming.

To be direct, yes "in the root of your Admin" is appropriate. I always hesitate to use the word "root" or phrase "in the root" because it's often misinterpreted by those who are less technically minded.
Apologies that you found the instructions to not be clear enough for you.
