Categories Disables but not Disables

I'm having an issue that is doing my head in,

I have 7 categories in one section, each categories has 5 items in it,

They were fine but now for some reason the items in the last 3 categories are not showing the Add to Cart button,

It says they are disabled but they are all showing green for category & product and I have them all marked as having stock.?

When I look at the item through the price manager is says product disabled,

I can not work out why they are showing disabled

Is there some sort of category product limitation setting somewhere ?

Ok looking in the database it seems the items im having issues wit are set to "Products Type 2" where all others are Product Type 1 ?

Anyone know how to fix that other than editing the database manually

I edited them all through the database and that fixed the issue,

Still curious as to why and how it happened
