Age verification and restriction

Good afternoon all! I have a site that sells firearms an accessories and I need to restrict the site to only allow people to register if they are 21 or older. I have seen a couple of posts about it but nothing definitive and nothing stating that it is compatible with v150. Does anyone know if there is a plugin or a workaround for that?

I would prefer one at registration and then a popup at checkout having the user certifying that they are 21 before they can proceed.

Any ideas?

The DOB selection in the Customer Details section of Configurations says "Set Minimum Value Date of Birth > 0 to require" but does not say where to set it. any ideas?
