Menu Line up

I have managed to add a new Menu "Connect" but by doing that it has now moved "Contact US" onto another line .

How can I move "Contact Us" so it lines up after Connect?, I have looked at the .CSS but could not work it out what to change

Just a matter of moving the list items closer together. Change the red part to 10:

.mega-menu li {float:left;text-align:center;position:relative;margin-right:20px;margin-top:0px;border:none;}

Many thanks worked great , only slight issue now is that when i hover over the Home page it mover the other headers slightly right ?

Any idea how to correct that ?
