Yes, I've already gone through all those steps, nothing is helping me. Any other ideas?

When I look in the cache there are no error files.

I think I'll be pushing things to expect my lucky guesses to continue, but one possible cause of your problem is if you happen to have an 'index.html' file residing in the root of your store. Some servers have been known to create this file when adding a new domain/subdomain and/or some other cPanel scripts.

Such a file (if it exists) will be in conflict with ZenCarts index.php file. The result being a blank page with nothing in the error logs (because technically, it isn't an error).

Solution. Delete the index.html file if it exists.

    Cheers
    Rod

Only this one if your cart is also at the root (public_html)

No, just the 1st one in the list :

    /public_html/index.html

Important: After you get your site up and running, your next step would be to upgrade to V1.5.1 (assuming you are still considering this). The only reason not to would be if you depend on add-ons that aren't yet compatible), OR, if you elect to stay with V1.3.9 you should rename your /admin/ folder (and update the configure.php file to reflect the name change).

    Cheers
    Rod
