Default Internal Server 500 on Working Product Pages

Does anyone know why the headers would be returned as Internal Server 500 on product pages, when the pages actually work in the website? Past 2 weeks Google is reporting crawl errors.
This page http://kitchenandbedroomdoors.biz/ba...ize-p-229.html on this site http://web-sniffer.net/ shows this:

    HTML Code:
    HTTP Request Header

    GET /base-end-panel-900mm-x-600mm-can-be-cut-to-size-p-229.html HTTP/1.1[CRLF]
    Host: kitchenandbedroomdoors.biz[CRLF]
    Connection: close[CRLF]
    User-Agent: Web-sniffer/1.0.44 (+http://web-sniffer.net/)[CRLF]
    Accept-Encoding: gzip[CRLF]
    Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8[CRLF]
    Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.8[CRLF]
    Accept-Charset: ISO-8859-1,UTF-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.7[CRLF]
    Cache-Control: no-cache[CRLF]
    Referer: http://web-sniffer.net/[CRLF]
    [CRLF]

    HTTP Response Header

Status: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
    Thanks a lot

OK I fixed it using the debug tool...

Now this is strange because i have never seen this before. Basically in a template file was a PHP includes to a Javascript file I no longer was using. Usually you would get a PHP error or Internal Server 500 error in the browser (or blank page in Zencart). BUT instead the site worked fine but returned a HTTP Header with internal server 500. So no one actually knew about this error. Its been about 2 weeks, and we have lost loads of links in Google.

So what I do not know is why/how the site still worked when it should have returned a 500 error. I was using Chrome, but customer uses IE, so dont think its the browser doing it.

You'll need to ask your host. The '500 server error' is a generic error message that can be caused by many different things. Your host will have the log files that will detail the exact cause.
