Modify "Company Name" text?

Using an older version of ZC due to no updated module for our Transaction Central processor (booooo).

We need to collect a name as a part of the order and the name is not the same as the payor. My thought is to modify the text next to the Company Name box. We would prefer to add a new field for this but I will take whatever can be made to work.

Is there a simple way in Admin to change the text next to the Company Name textfield on the Payment page? If not, what is the name of the php file that contains the relevant code?

Any better way to accomplish this task?
