Export Shipping+Order Information plugin not exporting some orders

I am running Zen 1.5.1 with the Edit Orders & Add Orders plugin. Orders are successfully being added from the admin UI.

I am also running the "Export Shipping+Order Information" plugin. When I go into this tool I can see all of the orders I have added form the Admin and that have been added from the customer side.

When I try and export the orders to a CSV file I am not getting the orders that I manually added from the Admin.

Any thoughts why these orders aren't being added to the download file?

Without looking at the plugins you have
Might there be any files in common to them??
If so, you may have overlooked "merging" the additions to these "common" files
