I see magictoolbox code in the additional images... could a js file be adding the Information? Apparently not as you say, but... you are sure that is not connected with it?

That still remains my theory, simply because all the searches are not showing anything. The dev tool does not search for js files.

So, how about disabling / deleting the magiczoomplus.js (after backing it up...) and then... keep fingers crossed? Mystery indeed!

Thank You - but I have opened all template files in notepad++ and grepped them locally to no joy

What I am now thinking is that it must be in one of the compiled files....as these - being compiled - are not readable

If your client purchased MagicZoom from MagicToolbox, then they would be willing to send you a "fresh" JS file.

I have a licensed copy of magiczoomplus.js but I would be breaching T&C's by posting it here.

Kobra, just revisited this thread and your link. Noted that "Information" has disappeared, obviously you fixed it.

What was causing it??

I do not know where "$title" was defined as "Information" probably in one of their compiled files??
