Additional images not showing in popup

I am having a problem with additional images if you click on the additional images tab you will see it shows 2 images but if you click "large image" it does popup in new window and shows the new image name but only shows the original image not the new image I am not using image handler or litebox or anyother image addon. I did switch back to "classic template" and this did not solve the problem. Do you have any idea what may be causing this here is the link for the page

On my work computer I am using IE, and I am getting the same result that the OP is reporting.. (main image shows in the popup when selecting additional images)

Just checked on my Android phone, and I am seeing the correct images in the pop-ups there..

You can try renaming the directory

/images/dog parks/
to
/images/dogparks/

Then re-enter the image name for this product in the admin

and see if this has any affect

Spaces in directory/image names is bad form

I got it thank you again I had read the pages you suggested but kept missing it not only did I need to change the file name but I also needed to change the folder name from /images/dog parks to /images/dogparks

Glad you are all sorted now.. And this might explain why the issue manifested itself only in IE (Internet Explorer), but not other browsers..
