Sending Customer satisfaction Survey a few weeks after a sale - AddOn?

Curious to know if there is an add-on that will allow me to automatically send an email to customers a few weeks after they have made a purrchase to see how they found the service etc

Sorry I don't know of one.

As an aside, NZ appears to have similar spam laws to OZ
Because this "contact" is not directly related to the original purchase (no matter how you word it as such) you could not rely on "implied consent" you would have to make sure that they had "ticked the box" to allow newsletters etc before you could email this.

iow: you will have to filter out those who had not "explicitly consented".

I haven't used it.

I would also double-check the SPAM laws in your country.

Hi Guys, yep I am very aware of the spam laws, and was planning to tie it to Newsletter subscribers, or add a small option box at the checkout to ask if they want to rake part in customer feedback, the whole area is a bit of a minefield for small business, so erring on the side of caution is the way to go
