Category Specific Access Restriction (CSAR) - [Support Thread]

I found the problem. I had “Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending set to Must be Authorized to Browse”. I changed it to “Customer May Browse and May see Prices but Must be Authorized to Buy”. All is well.

I thought it was working. It is but only partially. The categories with one product works. The categories with more than one product goes to "Filter Results By" without displaying the products.

The log has the following error.

I checked the merged file and the merge worked but messed up the product_listing.php

I still have not been able to get this plugin to work in 1.5.5f. Yes i did get it to work in previous versions. I just cannot get the restrictions to work. Here is what I have set up. However none of the categories are restricted.

Set Categories Requiring Customer To Login 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,13
Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices 0
Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending 0

Hi,

This plug in works well but if you search in the code on google the product displays the hidden price on the search. Also if you go on to a hidden product through a google search and click add to cart the price is shown in the cart with out having to log in. How can i change this?

It looks like we can no longer get support on this plugin. Its to bad, it worked very well on previous versions.

After many frustrating hours I rebuilt my side from scratch using 1.5.5f except for my database. Everything worked OK. Then i merged the current version of CSAR. Now its working much better, however when the product page is displayed the following line displays under the "Units In Stock".

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

I looked in the Developers Tool Kit and it is in 15 templates.

Hi Team

Is this going to be upgraded for 1.5.7 onwards? I would love to have it installed on my cart as I have items that are Practitioner Only which means I can make them available for my Naturopathy and Nutrition clients to purchsse (especially as we keep going in and out of lockdowns), however not for the general public to buy).
