There should be no reason the person should have to leave the editor to add an image (they already have access to the control panel,so why not). But I do appreciate your feedback and the workaround.
Understood.. If it helps, my client's don't type in the link, they copy and paste the file name and path.. (pretty easy to grab this from the FTP program) ie: images/products/Kinder_cat_small.jpg.. That's the link they use.. since they don't have to type, it's pretty easy work for them to do and there's no issues with the wrong image link being used..

I am not sure I have the skills to successfully implement. I suppose I will try the older version of TinyMCE (v1.3.9) and see if it works properly. This is why I do not like to update Zen until a few months. It gives some time for the modules to catch up :)
Yep the link Rod posted is the premium feature I was speaking of.. However, please note it was my understanding that this feature can introduce security issues.. So if you do figure out how to implement it, you might want to investigate that aspect..

Here is an option: ckeditor pre-integrated with kcfinder http://www.budgetwebdesign.com.au/ck...w-kcfinder.php

CKEditor-Quick-File-Upload (AKA CKfinder) was not easy to integrate when I tried it back in 2012,
I was worried as it did not look like it had security, I got it working in about 4 hours then I did not want to use it because I did not think it was secure, then I was going to pay someone to check the security but, instead got KCfinder integrated into CKeditor and did the security by making the image manager path anonymous, I have updated it with the latest CK Editor, and will do this again in 2 years or when required.

If you want to add CKfinder yourself, check \editors\ckeditor\config.js, this was the only file I needed to edit on CKeditor to add the KCfinder.

Sorry to bump the post but it is the top rated google solution for "zencart page editor image uploader", and I am not sure if I should add it to the plugins.
