Cost of Attribute not adding to base price.

I am sure this has been dealt with on many occasions but i simply cannot find the solution of getting the attribute option to work, so here goes please
My Site createadesign.net and product in question where I have the problem is 14031na.
Since adding the product. the vendor has added a label at an extra price. I know this should be easy to do but after struggling for about 5 hours I simply cannot get the attribute/option price to add or show in check-out. I want to email the customer tomorrow my time and offer the upgrade as an upsell.
OK, the item as I mentioned is 14031NA, which I have set to be priced by attribute.
so I have set up an option yes pls / no thank you ( as option name AAAAOptional label so it would be at the top of the list while I mess around.
then I set up option (the names of the labels but only 2 so far airplanes, beach (under option value name aaChoose Suitcase Favor Labels

the option yes has a price $10.80
How on earth do I get the cost of the product at $25.10 per to show we have added to it $10.80 being the cost of the add-on when yes please is chosen.
try it - select 1 number and look in the check-out.
Then go back, select 1, but then also select yes pease and airplane option and now look at what you get.
