USPS Shippe messager: Nothing has been selected for Quotes.

I'm attempting to install the latest version of the USPS Shipper (March 27, 2013). I'm getting a message:

Nothing has been selected for Quotes.

I don't see anything in the setup that would seem to be related to this. Where should I be looking?

What checkboxes have you selected in the USPS shipping module?

Ah, I think I see the problem. Under "Shipping Methods (Domestic and International)" -- do I need to check off at least one of those? None are checked now.

Quotes are only provided for the checkboxes that you have selected ... no checkboes no quotes ...

Good call on the check this. But still not getting the rates. I have inputed user Id. But no rates at all
